At Car Mat Garage, we take pride in crafting high-quality, made-to-order car mats tailored to your needs. As a small business, we believe in policies that are fair to both our customers and our business - ensuring a great customer experience.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to shop with confidence, knowing we stand by our products. Below is how we handle returns, whether due to quality concerns or order errors.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re genuinely dissatisfied with the quality of your mats, you may return them within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after we receive the return.
Exclusions
Since all our mats are made to order, our Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover returns due to:
- Ordering the wrong mat shape, material, colour, or trim.
- Preference changes such as wanting a different style or color after purchase.
If your situation falls outside our guarantee, please reach out as we would like to ensure you still have a positive experience.
Warranty
We take great care in fulfilling orders, but if we’ve made a mistake, we will make it right at no cost to you.
We will cover the cost of a replacement or alternative resolution if:
- You received the wrong mats (incorrect shape, material, color, or trim) due to our error.
- The mats arrived damaged.
- Your mats have a manufacturing defect.
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement at no charge.
How to Request a Return or Replacement
To initiate a return or report an issue, please contact us at hello@carmatgarage.com with:
✔ Your name and order number
✔ A brief reason for the return or replacement request
✔ Clear images of the mats and packaging label
For Satisfaction Guarantee returns, customers must arrange and pay for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
For errors on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a free replacement.
Note: Returns and replacements must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before production has started, please email hello@carmatgarage.com as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order if production has already started.
