Refund Policy
Any unwanted products must be returned within 30 days from when your order is delivered. Please note that shipping charges and refund processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount. Once we receive your parcel, we will refund you using the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at hello@carmatgarage.com. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return.
We are not able to offer a refund if over 30 days have passed since order delivery.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before production has started, please email hello@carmatgarage.com as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order if production has already started.
