Refund Policy

Any unwanted products must be returned within 30 days from when your order is delivered. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for any made to order/personalised products, including car and boot mats. Personalisation includes changing the mat material from "Standard", the mat/trim colours from "Black", heelpad from "None" or any other non-standard option. The product must be in its original condition for a full refund. Once we receive your refund and approve the condition of the products, we will refund you back on the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at hello@carmatgarage.com. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return.

We are not able to offer a refund if any of the following apply:

  • The product is personalised/made to order (unless there is a defect) - includes car mats, boot mats.
  • The product is not in its original condition.
  • Over 30 days have passed since order delivery.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before production has started, please email hello@carmatgarage.com as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order if production has already started.
