Car Mats Fitting Guide
1) Choose Your Car Mats
There are a variety of mat options to consider from simple, cost-effective to premium, luxurious car mats.
Options to consider include mat materials, colours, and heelpads. For more information, refer to our car mat material guide.
2) Remove Your Old Mats
Once your new car mats have arrived, it's time to replace your old car mats. Traditionally, car mats are held in place using clips. To remove these, lift the mat from a corner until the clip has disconnected. Repeat this for all other clips.
3) Clean Your Car Floor
Once your old car mats have been removed, vacuum the car floor to capture any dirt or debris.
If there are any stains present, we would recommend using a carpet cleaner and a brush.
4) Install Your New Mats
After matching each mat to the position in the car, gently place the mat in position. Once the mat is aligned with the car floor, press down on each corner to click the mats in place.
